He is survived by: his children, Missy McVay Brown (George) of West Point and Paw; his wife Peggy Glasgow McVay; his son David Winborn McVay (Brenda) of Van Vleet; his grandchildren, Shelbie Brown, Stuart McVay and Ellis McVay (Katie); his great grandchildren, Jackson and Jake McVay; and his sister Barnie Mae Gann of Houston.
