She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Vinson Buskirk and Bertha Bryant Buskirk; her husband William Dulane Pannell; and her brother Tommy Buskirk. She is survived by: her son Vick Pannell (Cathy) of Alexander, Ark; her grandson Jody Pannel (Gera) of Atoka; her siblings, Gladys Leona Anderson of Chesterville and Danny Hugh Buskirk (Jackie) of Okolona; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Ethan and Brycen Pannell; her nephew Danny Buskirk, Jr.; and her great-nephews, Trey and Will Buskirk. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
