He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lee Edwards and Jimmie Lamb Edwards; and his wife Martha Jones Edwards. He is survived by: his caregiver Ilean Warhurst; his sons, Bruce (Melissa Edwards), Paul (Dixie Edwards) and Mike (Susan Anne Edwards) of Okolona; his grandchildren, Jed-Riley Edwards, Jessie-Marie Edwards, Cole Edwards (Cailon) and Mary-Michael Parker (Wesley); his great grandchildren, Alden, Bryer, Dusty-Paul, Millee-Kate, Cooper, Mary-Wallace and Silas; his siblings, George Arthur Edwards (Lydia) of Hurley, MS, Jesse Edwards of Booneville and Corrine Hasket of Kentucky; and his stepson Terry Warhurst (Angel) of Corinth.
