He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Miskelly and Wardie Miskelly; and his sister Elva Balch (Neil). He is survived by: his wife Letha Ann Street Miskelly; his children, Pam Carson (Chuck), Marty Ishee (Jerry), Chip Miskelly (Geri), Oscar Miskelly (Joyce) and Tommy Miskelly (Lisa); his great grandchildren, Chad Carson (Merry), Kelli McKee (Edgar), Jonathan Ishee (Anne), Joshua Howard Carson (Ragen), Elizabeth Ann Howell (Tyler), Caleb Miskelly (Avery), Miles Miskelly (Amy), Anna Katherine Miskelly, Falon Cowman (Carter), Anderson Miskelly, Abby Agostinelli (Colin), Franklin Miskelly (McKenzie), London Miskelly, Faith Carson, Jack Carson, Ava Carson, Carson McKee, Geer McKee, Max Ishee, Sims Ishee, Everly Howell and Charlie Miskelly; his nieces and nephews, Laura Franz, Linda Fulton, Marvin Reid and John Reid; and his friends, Celia, Harvey Fisher and Howard. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
