With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Floyd Anderson of Okolona, Mississippi, born in Tupelo, Mississippi, who passed away on February 13, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Anderson, Sr. and Annabelle Abernethy Anderson; his sister Ann Anderson Beal; and his uncles, Marion and William Abernethy.
He is survived by: his sister Jan Carter (Earl) of Okolona; his nieces, Katie Stevens (Ashley), Carrie Stevens Gore (Jay) and Kristie Bowlin (Bo); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Anna King (Josh), Laura Thompson, Chase Stevens, Thomas Stevens, Simms Gore, Emma Gore, Daniel Gore and John Carter Bowlin; and also, Batson King, Byars King, Tres King and Mason Thompson.
