She was predeceased by: her mother Minnie Lee Finn Brand; her husband Charles Smith; her father Willliam A. Brand; her siblings, William R. Brand and Virginia Brand Pumphrey; and her great grandchild Kason Daniel Umfress.
She is survived by: her sons, Bobby "Tweetie" Allen, Jr. (Gail) of Houston, Randy "Bird" Allen (Vickie) of Houston and Charles "Boo" Allen (Kim) of Houston; her stepchildren, Margaret Thompson of Mantachie and Ricky Smith of Okolona; her grandchildren, Josh Allen (Lauren), Bradley Allen (Ashley), Justin Allen (Meagan), Carly Allen, Deedy Turner (Craig), Patrick Marion (Lacey), Charlsi Chandler (Adam), Robin Bailey (Grant) and Daniel Umfress (Carrie Jo); and her sister Joyce Porter of Mt. Juliet, TN. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
