He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Lewis and Frances Blankenship Lewis; his daughter April Harris; his brothers, Jerry Lewis, Ronald Lewis and Gene Lewis; his father-in-law Alvie "Bunk" Griggs Jr.; and his grandson Peyton Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Griggs Lewis of Okolona; his daughter Lisa Hill (Tony) of Okolona; his grandchildren, Christopher Copeland, Dylan Minor, Brandon Minor, Katherine Tipton, Dawson Tipton, Nick Harris, Mikayla Harris and Kyrsten Harris; his great grandchildren, Payson, Charlie Kate, Remington, Weston, Remmy, Jase and Scottlyn; his sister-in-law Jean Lewis; his mother-in-law Rachael Griggs; and his son-in-law Doug Harris. He is also survived by his family and his many friends.
