He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Lewis and Vicie Leona Lewis; his grandson Jacob Lewis; his siblings, Johnnie Ruth, Lounez, Joe Lee, Tom, Edd and Earl; and his niece Melissa.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lewis of Houlka; his children, Amanda Lewis (Robert) of Princeton, WV, Tammy Dahlem of Hamilton, Timmy Logan (Sherry) of Smithville, Ricky Logan (Lisa) of Hamilton, Jerry Morris (Dawn) of Amory and Donny Stacy, Jr. of Amory; his siblings, Elizabeth Hamric (Wayne), Kathy Thornton (Gene) and Sammy Lewis (Sherry); his siblings-in-law, Donna Lewis and Fredy Scrivner; his grandchildren, Harley Pickle (Duston) of Amory, Matt Funderburk of Hamilton, Brad Funderburk of Hamilton, Ethan Dahlem (Shelby) of Hamilton, Hunter Dahlem of Hamilton, Brooks Maxcy (Julie) of Roseburg, OR, Will Logan of Hamilton, Heather Jordan (Cody) of Hatley, Zack Stacy (Reagan) of Columbus, Raeann Stacy of Starkville, Brittany Aday of Lackey, Haley Walls (Russ) of Athens, Jeremy Morris of Athens, Taylor Lewis of Algoma and Ira Lewis of Algoma; his close friend Edward Roberts; and his nephews, Leslie Hamric Stephen Lewis, David Lewis, Mike Lewis, Bruce Lewis, Justin Thornton, Kyle Lewis and Tommy Lewis.
