He is survived by: his wife Judy Barnett Birmingham; his children, Amy Hurley of Nettleton and Lucas Birmingham of Okolona; his grandchildren, Ally Hurley and Wrenley Birmingham; and his sister Mitzi Hagan of Ashville, NC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
