It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Hall of Okolona, Mississippi, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlie Lee Phillips and Era Emma Maharrey Phillips; her husband Woodrow Wilson Hall; her daughter Brenda Hall Jolly (George); her granddaughter Tina Hall Witcher (Robbie); her brother James Phillips (Mabel); and her friends, Sarah Gordon, Ruth McCoy, Alma Armstrong, Louise Moseley, Cleo Gann and Janette Franklin.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Hall (Patricia), Jerry Hall and Melinda Simmons of Woodland; her nephews, Ronnie and Donnie Phillips of Missouri; and her close friends, Allen, Pat Lockhart, Dell Maharrey, Mary Ann Thompson and Teen Coats Mayfield. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons and great-grandsons, Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 252 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN. 38105.
