He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Guy and Velma Loman; his mother Velma Lea Severs; his brother Guy Eugene Severs; and his brother-in-law James Deem, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Karen Deem Severs; his children, Lara Severs Madec and Christopher Severs (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Evan Madec, Caitlyn Madec, Caroline Severs and Stephanie Severs; his siblings-in-law, George Deem (Wanda), Judy Deem and Debbie Swearingen (Kirt); and his cousins, Dona Usrey and Karen Reeves. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other relatives and dear friends.
