He is survived by: his wife Lynda Gail Austin; his children, Wesley Frank Austin, Jr., Wayne Carroll, Roy Carroll and Steve Carroll; his stepson John King; his grandchildren, Tim Austin, Mary Austin, Hailey King, Danny King, Tyler King and Justin King; and his siblings, Ethel Tidmoore, Willie Blount and Bruce Blount.
