It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Milton Van Devender of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, who passed away on March 15, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Devender (Pete) and Dorothy Van Devender (Dot). He is survived by: his son Chris Alridge; his sister Rosemary V. Blanton (Kevin); his nephew Zac Blanton (Bri); his great-niece Zelda Blanton; and his great-nephew Paxton Blanton.
Tommy enjoyed collecting all things Egyptian; his artifacts have been donated to the theater group at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
