He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilton T. Sims and Lucille Sims. He is survived by: his wife Martha Sims; his daughters, Denise Lane (Jimmy) and Tonya Duvall; his grandchildren, Cameron Lane (Brianna), Devan Lane (Tara), Lauren Colegrove, Allison Jacquot (Mike) and Kaitlyn Pion (Don); his great grandchildren, Tristan, Vadan, Brandon, Don Jr., Flynn, Finn, Brynlee and Callum; and his siblings, Gerald Sims (Yoko) and Judy Berrey (Paul).
