She was predeceased by: her parents, James Roberts and Avo Roberts. She is survived by: her husband Roy "Rodney" Newton Jr.; her brother Donald Roberts; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Barrileaux and Wanda Roberts; her children, Sheila Bennett (Stevie) and Kevin Newton; her grandchildren, Jessica Stein, Kyle Stein, Matthew Bennett (Danielle), Kristen Skripek (Mike), Dylan Lancaster and Brooke Vanover; and her great grandchildren, Karley, Kelsey, Brodie, Mikey, Mattie, Colbi and Noah. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home - Ocean Springs (911 Porter Ave, Ocean Springs, MS 39564). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
