She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Hastings; her son Donald Hastings Jr.; her parents, Eric Edge and Swanee Edge (Black); and her sister Bobbye Faye Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Hastings of Ocean Springs, Mississippi and Daniel Hastings (Jodie) of Monroe, Washington; her sister Mary Agnes Hicks of Georgiana, Alabama; her granddaughters, Christa House (Ryan) of Florence, Aimee Kamstra (Tyler) of Dexter and Emily Zeigler (Hanspeter) of Woodinville, Washington; and her great grandchildren, Emerson and Finley Kamstra of Dexter. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
