He was predeceased by: his father John Maddox; and his grandparents, Ralph, Gladys Barlow, Winford Maddox and Mary F. Curran.
He is survived by: his mother Sandra Davis of Ocean Springs; and his siblings, Bonnie Montgomery (Jason) of Lisbon, IA, Scott Maddox (Ronda) of D'Iberville, Troy Maddox of Escatawpa and Keith Maddox (Pam) of Theodore, AL.. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
