He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Hill-Hudgies of Biloxi, MS; his children, Felecia Dante Smith of Highland Ranch, CO, Sonya Lynette Moffett of Ocean Springs, MS, Joe Louis Moffett, II and LaQuita Denise Hudgies; his grandchildren, Elijah Ramsey, IV, Ethan Kincaid Ramsey, Jordan Simone Conklin and Todd Alan Conklin, Jr.; his great grandchild Charleigh Rose Ramsey; his sisters, Gloria Rice of Stone Mountain, GA, Brenda Hudgies and Joyce A. Hudgies; his brother-in-law Charlie Hill (Eleanor) of Tacoma, WA; and his friend Melvin Daniels of Laurel, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews, cousins and many other family members and friends.
