He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Morgan Conn and Carmen Wyatt Conn; his siblings, Annie Laura Whigham, James Conn, Billy Conn and H. M. Conn, Jr.; his grandson Brian Conn; his son-in-law Ralph Carter; and his brother-in-law Edd Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Hill Conn; his children, Joy Carter of Gautier, MS and Dr. Phillip Conn (Cheryl) of Pascagoula, MS; and his grandchildren, Lara Jordan of Ocean Springs, Dr. Brett W. Carter of Houston, TX and Tracey Conn of Pascagoula. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
