He is survived by: his parents, Robert Ernest Welch and Myra Johnson Welch; his children, Christopher Welch (Xing), Melinda Russell (Jack) and Ashley Hampton; his grandchildren, Brenden Welch, Brayden Welch, Isabela Welch, Kaitlyn Baker, Levi Russell, Addison Swartz and Riley Swartz; his great grandchild Archer Baker; and his sisters, Cindy Harris (Tony) and Dianna Hall (Joey).
