It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Louise Harris (Ocean Springs, Mississippi), born in Biloxi, Mississippi, who passed away on April 20, 2023, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Mallett and Elliot Mallett; her siblings, Kenneth Mallett, Evelyn Mallett, Shirley Rocco and Barbara Hawkins; her nephew James Rocco; and her niece Shirley Thames.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Harris; her children, Heather Peters and Randy Harris; and her brothers, David Mallett, Lucky Mallett and Johnny Mallett.
