She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph Hughey Karns and Rachel Crew Karns. She is survived by: her husband Robert Frank McLain; her children, Leslie Chronister (Kyle) and Robert McLain (Janet); and her grandchildren, Noah, Emma and Rocky.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made in her memory to local theater groups, in particular, children's musical theaters.
