He was predeceased by: his father Martin Hadley; and his grandparents, Luke, Dora Hadley, Reese and Ruth McGill.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lathrop Hadley; his children, Kristophor Lathrop (Bella), Leslie Hadley and Jason Lathrop (Maria); and his siblings, Debra Hammami (Shafik), Julia Bryant (Harry), Timothy Hadley (Ruby) and Phillip Hadley (Rhonda).
After retiring from the military, Randy continued to make meaningful contributions to society as a project manager in the private sector.
