He is survived by: his wife Nancy Gollott Killingsworth; his children, Krystal Crawford (Rick) and Kraig Killingsworth (Sharon); his grandchildren, Lindsay Miles (Will), Taylor Whitmire (Phillip), Anthony Freeman (Kamryn Chambers), Peyton Sheffield (Hunter), Zack Crawford (Naomi) and Samantha Crawford; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte "Charlie" Whitmire, Michael Sheffield and Leon Crawford.
