He is survived by: his wife Ellen Anne Toups of Ocean Springs, MS; his children, Tommy Toups (Deborah) of Ocean Springs, MS, Cathy Rash (Dwayne) of D'Iberville, MS, Tricia Perry of Ocoee, FL and Anne Marie Borries (Ralph) of Ocean Springs, MS; his grandchildren, Dr. Morgan Biggo (Jarrod) of Los Angeles, CA, Brennan Perry of Ocoee, FL, Madison Perry of Ocoee, FL, Maggie Toups of Ocean Springs, MS, Avery Toups of Vancleave, MS and Riley Borries of Ocean Springs, MS; his great grandchildren, Brayden Toups of Ocean Springs, MS and Hendrix Hayes Perry of Bell, FL; and his sister Edwina Wells (John) of Gulfport, MS..
