It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marian O'Connor of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, born in Richmond Heights, Ohio, who passed away on February 27, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin S. O'Connor Jr.; her parents, John Shebanek and Hazel Shebanek; and her siblings, John and Clara Mae.
She is survived by: her children, Edwin S O'Connor III, Sean P O'Connor (Therese), Kathleen J O'Connor, Dr. Teresa A O'Connor and Fr Michael P O'Connor; her grandchildren, Rebecca Bradley (Gorham), John, Megan, Erin, Ruairi (Selina) and Annalise O'Connor; and her great grandchildren, Hank, Ava Leigh, Reece Bradley and Amelia Marian O'Connor.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home - Ocean Springs (911 Porter Ave, Ocean Springs, MS 39564). A Mass was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church of Ocean Springs (502 Jackson Ave, Ocean Springs, MS 39564). A burial was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
