She was predeceased by: her husband Lester Horton; her mother Leona Hughes King; her sisters, Isabella King Burnhan, Joann King Husley and Peggy Necaise; and her children, Tommy Horton and Beverly Sue Horton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Leona Petitjean (Charles) and Margaret Anne Rucinski; and her grandchildren, Anthony C. Petitjean (Jillian), Amy E. Petitjean, Anna Wilson (Guy), Trina Mateo (Roger) and Christi Underwood (Curtis). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
