She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Fowler; and her parents, Elvin Webb and Christine Webb. She is survived by: her sons, Stanley Fowler (Mailene) and Scott Fowler (Debbie); and her siblings, Judy Meyers (late Donald), Kathy Randolph (Michael), Nell Reeves (JD) and Tim Webb (Jan). She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
