She is survived by: her husband Maylon Shankles; her daughters, April Brown (Joey) and Carla Culpepper (Ryan); her grandchildren, Makenzie Barger, Colin Culpepper and Lucas Culpepper; and her brothers, Gerald Wininger (Joy) and Gilbert Wininger (Janet).
