It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon Enrique Windham in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, born in Amory, Mississippi, who passed away on October 8, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Helen Vance Windham and John Enrique Windham. He is survived by: his wife Marianne; his son Jon Martin Windham (Jonna); his stepdaughter Andrea Austin Mathis (Scott); his grandchildren, Wes Windham (Halie), Blake Windham (Savannah), Drew Windham (Mary Howell), Addison Mathis (Nik), Sydney Mathis and Cameron Mathis; his great grandchildren, Ben, Emma Kate Windham, Charlotte and Elizabeth Windham; his sisters, Beverly Blasingame of Madison, MS and Brynda Creel of McComb, MS; and his brother-in-law Bill Strub of Yazoo City, MS. He is also survived by four nieces and two nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mississippi State University Bulldog Club or the American Cancer Society.
