He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Ouille, Sr. and Shirley Jacquet Ouille. He is survived by: his wife Dotti Duncan Ouille; his sisters, Susan Ouille Holden and Georgia Ouille Bryant (Bill); and his pets, Poncho, Rosee and Bunny.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that at tree be planted in Johnny's memory.
