It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Anderson of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother JB George, Sr. of Pascagoula, MS.; her siblings, Peggy Baker (Roy), JB George, Jr., Kathleen Parker (Roger), Carole Griffin (Gary) and Dr. Eric George (Monica); her children, Dr. Ted Anderson (Cindy), Ken Anderson (Steve), Tamara Anderson, Leslie Suit (Achim) and Catherine Anderson; and her grandchildren, Stephanie McDonald (Chris), Matthew Johnson (Kristen), Allison Williams (Wade), Ian Anderson (Fina) and Tanner Blacklidge (Savannah).
Due to COVID-19 concerns, facial masks will need to be worn and social distancing necessary.
She joined the "Sisters of Charity" Order in Lafayette Louisiana.
