We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2020, at the age of 76, Jo Powell of Ocean Springs, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband James T. Powell; her children, James T. Powell, Jr. and Patricia A. Barr; her siblings, Louise Brinkley, Mae Holland (Garland) and Bobby Card; her grandchildren, James T. Powell, III and Vivian L. Barr; and her great grandchild Madison L. Hoops. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
