With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Laverne Keenum of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, born in Santa Ana, California, who passed away on September 9, 2021 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Sue Keenum; and his grandparents, Jim Riley Keenum, Jeanette Lou Parker Keenum, Laverne Martin Whitley and Lura Mary Dean Moore.
He is survived by: his sons, James Aaron Keenum, Joshua William Keenum and Johnathan Edward Keenum; his father Charles Larry Keenum Sr.; his siblings, Tracy Lynn Ladnier (Buddy), Dr. Charles Larry Keenum, Jr. (Carrie) and Rusty Lee Keenum (Victoria); and his former wife Lisa Carol Cowart Vaughn. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nephews.
The family welcomes flowers or any donations to the American Cancer Society in memory of Mr. James Keenum.
