He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Wilder Halstead and Margaret Lewis Lemon Halstead. He is survived by: his wife Genevieve "Genny" Halstead; his daughters, Beth Halstead Peterson (D. R. Peterson) and Sarah Halstead; his sister Bette Lynn Nersesian; his grandchildren, Emily Duprey, Connor Shelby, Margaret Grace Peterson and Matthew Halstead; and his great grandchild Ellisyn Guerrero.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Ocean Springs (921 Ocean Ave, Ocean Springs, MS 39564). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
