He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis John; his stepfather Gerald John; and his father James Douglas. He is survived by: his girlfriend Cyndy Carroll; his former wife Kellye Creamer; his children, Dakotah Taylor (Ethan), James Harsch II and Olivia Harsch; and his brother Mark Harsch.
