He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Jean Franks (Grayson); his parents, Lewis Franks and Inez Franks (Still); and his siblings, Aubrey Russell Franks, Mattie Estelle Hobson (Franks), Mary Ellen Wade (Franks) and Katie Thomas (Franks).
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Fournier (Morgan); his stepson Dave Morgan; his grandchildren, Debra Fournier Diaz (Dale), Michael Fournier, Danielle Fournier Bartram (Eric) and Melida Alesich (Morgan); his great grandchildren, Dale "Anthony" Diaz (Cameron), Andrew Diaz (Amanda), Aaron Diaz (Tristan), Abram Diaz, Noah Bartram, Caden Bartram, Morgan Fournier, Macy McFarland, Hailey Francis Peters and Nicholas James Alesich; and his great great grandchildren, Daniel, Dalton Diaz, Libby and Lucy Diaz.
