He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rector Johnson; his children, Dennis Karl Johnson (Althea) of St Peters, Kurt Alan Johnson of Hoschton, Georgia and Kirsten Marlene Hengtberger (Michael) of Cedar Grove, Tennessee; his stepson Jeffrey Carl Smith (Sebrina) of Kingwood, Texas; his sisters, Joanne Honnila and Polly Jean Miller (David) of St Peters, Missouri; his grandchildren, Dusti Amber, Jayson Hengstberger and Beverly Marie Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Audrey, Sophie, Nora, Kora and Lillian.
