He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Page and Carmen Page; his stepson John Broadaway; and his brother Jim Page. He is survived by: his wife Janice C. Page; his stepchildren, Serita Sutton (Stan) and Keith Broadaway (Janet); his grandchildren, Natalie Rook, Erin Berryhill Elissa Broadaway (Adam) and John Paul Broadaway; and his great grandchildren, Kaydon Rook and Kendra Berryhill.
