He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl and Annelee McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Betty McDonald; his son David McDonald (Jen); his grandchildren, Desiree Totman, Dominic Evans and Alexis Totman; and his brothers, Ralph McDonald and Tim McDonald. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
