He is survived by: his siblings, Martha Cook of Lucedale, MS, Bill Mullins, Ben and Shirley Mullins of Vancleave, MS; his children, Jim, Tamara Mullins, Rob, Christine Mullins of Ocean Springs, MS and Ken Mullins of Ocean Springs, MS; and his grandchildren, Haley Mullins, Austin Robinson, Connor Mullins and Mandy Mullins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
On 22 July 2020 Fred Mullins of Ocean Springs, MS succumbed to complications related to the COVID 19 Virus.
