He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Cox and Elise Ryan Cox; his in-laws, James and Mildred Borries; his siblings, Harold, Jimmy, Robert Sr. and Shirley Cox Seymour; and his siblings-in-law, Janet and Augie Derouen.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Belle; his children, Mark (Sharon), Randall (Shelly), Nedia Wise (Greg) and Byron; his grandchildren, Megan Calton (Charlie), Jamie Strayham (Ivan), Aaron (Kelsey), Amanda Hayball (Justin), Greg Wise (Lauren), Jessica Cox, Ryan (Courtney) and Harrison Wise (Whitney); his great grandchildren, Maci, Caston, Suzanna, Charla, Annaston, Greyson, Cody, Easton, Rhett, Shepard, Forrest, Jade, Ryker and Cohen; his sister Rose Smith (JB); and his sister-in-law Peggy Cox. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association or Make-A-Wish Mississippi in lieu of flowers.
