She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Kathy Powell Scarbrough (Len), Tom Powell and Ben (Christine); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Powell Jernigan (John), Seth Powell, Drew Powell, Tama Scarbrough Enroth (Kevin), Meghan Powell, Chris Powell, Eli Powell and Nate Powell; her great grandchildren, Katherine and Jack Jernigan; her siblings, Mary Martin (Neff), Jim Neff and Chris Neff (Kelly); and her sister-in-law Hella Neff (Hacker).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Samaritan's Purse, an organization that provides aid the world's poor, sick and suffering around the world including countries such as Haiti.
