She was predeceased by: her father James Edward (Mary Annie Solomon Salley); her sister-in-law Beatrice Clark (Wilson); her in-laws, Richard P. and Nannie Crisp Welch; and her siblings, Gracie Salley Russell Kurfees of Roxboro, N. C., Robert "R. D." Salley of Roxboro, N. C. and Rufus Flint "Tom" Salley of Roxboro, N. C..
She is survived by: her husband Franklin Donald Welch; her daughters, Debbie Anglin (J. T.) of Ocean Springs and Donna Burkett (Al) of Grand Bay, AL.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Williams (Gentry) of Pascagoula, Heather Pike of Pensacola, FL and Noah Anglin of Gulfport; and her great grandchild Braxton Williams of Pascagoula. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
