She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivy Hebert and Hazel Hebert (Brossett). She is survived by: her son Ivy Paul Smith; her siblings, Frances Hebert, Edna "Marie" Jarrell, Monica Perkins and Anthony Hebert; her children, Cheryl Everett (Pat, Jr.) and Felix "Charles" Smith, III; her granddaughters, Julie "Kim" Griffin (John), Hazel "Pepper" Gill (Frank), Grace Green (Roger) and Susan Mallette; and her great grandchildren, Ely Sullivan and Wyleigh Grace Butt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and very close friends who were like brothers and sisters.
