Hale (Ashley); his mother Faith Crowley; his sisters, Gwenda Mabry (Bud), Kathi Wilner and Jackie Day (Donald); his nephew Jeremy Boothroyd (Kristy); and his granddaughter Paisley Boothroyd. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
