He was predeceased by: his father Christopher Butirich; and his grandparents, Arthur Ray Bodin, Sr., Shirley, Neil Covacevich, Marko Butirich, Sr. and Joan Mavar Butirich.

He is survived by: his pet Kai; his mother Patti Bodin Butirich; and his brothers, Jed Collins, Jerin Collins and Jonathan Collins. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, in memory of Christopher "Jordy" Butirich.
