He is survived by: his parents, William "Bill" Lizana Jr. (Tina) and Donna Terry Lizana (Sabrina); his grandmothers, Donna Jean Terry and Julie Pitalo (Lou); his brother William "Joseph" Lizana III (Elizabeth); his nieces and nephews, Anaka Phillips, Christian Phillips, Logan Lizana, Silas Lizana, Lyla-Kate Williams, Huntleigh Noble and Ellie Noble; and his aunts and uncles, Kerry Nall (Steve), Richard Terry Jr. (Ingrid), Gidget Terry, Fizzle Terry, Charles "Chuck" Lizana (Noel), Jeanette Saylor (Joey), Lori Ingram (Jason), Anthony Lizana (Stephanie) and Rachel Cobb (Joe). He is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family.
