He was predeceased by: his wife Beryl Louise Fountain Davis; his parents, Philip Lowell Davis Sr. and Carrie Louise Richter Davis; and his siblings, Frank Roy Davis, Philip Lowell Davis Jr., Carrie Louise Perry and Tillie Davis Roberts.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles Duane Davis Jr. (Muriel) of Ocean Springs, MS, Mark Howard Davis of Oxford and Joseph Keith Davis (Selina) of Lucedale; his grandchildren, Allen Davis Ocean Springs (Vanessa), Dean Davis, Midland of Texas, Charlie Davis of New Orleans, LA, Cary Joe Davis of Orlando, FL, Jackson Davis of Spokane, WA and Carmon Baxter (Michael) of Mobile, AL; and his great grandchildren, Kyra Mae Davis and Phoebe Fuentes of Ocean Springs.
