He is survived by: his parents, Brad Caillouet and Sammi Caillouet; his brothers, Jake and Trey Caillouet; his grandparents, Sue Smith, Brenda and Warner Caillouet; his aunt Dawn Polledo (John); his uncles, Steven Smith (Monica), Stuart Smith, Warner Caillouet, Jr. (Gina), Keith Caillouet (Lori), Brett Caillouet (Karen) and Michael Guidry (Sophia); and his sisters, Amanda Smith (Brandon) and Mallory DiBenedetto (Anthony). He is also survived by cousins and great aunts and uncles.
